We used two of these to build a link between two wired networks about 1/4 mile apart. Once they were configured everything worked well. Even with the standard 5db antennas. Replacing one side with a 10 db Yagi made a rock solid 54 Mb network link. (It may actually be 108 Mb...). On the one side running the standard AP the connectivity in a three story house and yard is nearly flawless. It has been rock steady for months now.
