Pros: OK, when it works
Cons: Lousy warranty and repair policies

My one-year old Tungsten e2 was not charging anymore on my palm cradle. I found that one of the contacts from the cradle was pushed into the base. It did the same thing to the cradle cable when I plugged it directly into the PDA. I called Palm and they were just to happy to repair the problem for $150. The cradle I would have to purchase again, since they do not repair them. $200 for a PDA that I just had for one year and that cost me $200?
Last Palm that I ever bought!!!
