After Receiving an 80 GB Video Ipod as a gift, I wasted no time on starting to get music,pictures and movies on the device. The first thing this should have come with is a cover as this picks up fingerprints like a magnet. As I opened the box I was also amazed to not find an Itunes CD, Which is no big deal since you can download it online and be sure to get newest version. What most people will be surprised about is there is no AC Adapter included as in the past, which is like selling a car with no tires. When I learned how to get MPEG-4 Movies on the IPOD I was hooked. The Itunes synched with the ipod easily and the picture and sound quality was great .
There is not too many negatives to say about the video ipod but there are plenty of wonderful things you will do on long trips keeping you busy for hours. Which brings me to battery life. 5 hours for video seems enough for most trip, but still waiting to see a solar powered ipod which would mean limitless hours of fun.
