Cons: what it claims to be, a shooter (not exactly educational), some jumping puzzles too difficult

Pros: Outstanding graphics and decent sound, brings back the FPS roots, intense action, simplistic controls

Cons: Can get dull and repetative for some, weak multiplayer

The Bottom Line: Painkiller isn't neccesarily as complex as some shooters (i.e. Half Life 2 and Far Cry) but it offers an intense story mode and great shooting action.

Cons: A bit generic and uninspired at times. Constantly respawning enemies are a drag.

The Bottom Line: Painkiller is a solid addition to the FPS genre bringing the gameplay of Quake back to the pc. Buy this is you an want a wild trip down memory lane!
