Graphics: The graphics in vice city are vibrant and bright unlike GTA3 which played more like your in seattle dreary and depressing. Each vehicle is well made and the animations involved in overtaking them is funny and adds personality to your main character. The skins worked well and adds your own touch to them, although its hard to beat tommy. The water is nicely done which is hard to do in games with real sea life something i had never seen before prior. your main ally and adversaries involve haitians, cubans, hells angels bike gang, etc etc. Sorry but there is no japanese gang this time around.

Sound/music: the sound is top notch with voice actors from stars like ray liotta, tom sizemore(my fav), Burt reynolds, etc etc. The weapons have authentic sounds(chainsaw is my fav). The soundtrack shines with music from the 80's, michael jackson, hall and oates, lionel richie etc etc and a nice talk show station with kooky guests and an even funnier host but if you ask me I like the GTA3 talk show better.

Controls: played the same as GTA3. your 3rd person with the camara at your back so you can see your surroundings at all times. while riding your car, motorcycle,helicopter or boat you can adjust the camera by zooming in or out to your liking. There is also a instant replay that you can use while playing.

Overall: If you liked GTA3 you will definetly enjoy GTAVC.
