Pros: Cleverness, sound, evil deeds.
Cons: File-saving structure, limited minion control, slow gameplay at first.
The Bottom Line: A fun and clever diversion that pays homage to the espionage culture. Minor gameplay and AI gripes, but overall entertaining.

Pros: Great art direction, nice idea for a game, small moments of joy
Cons: Poor AI, difficult to mod annoyances away, punishes player for playing as Bad Guy
The Bottom Line: If you're making a game where you play as the Bad Guy, you might want to reverse the stereotypes found in spy movies. Evil Genius does not.
