The bottom line: Well, its overall the best tennis game ever but it needs more gameplay.If they made a little bit more gameplay, I think it wouldve done better.
Is Top Spin the greatest game ever? Yes, I believe it is. When I first got it, I was deeply entertained by the demo of some of the best graphics in a tennis game. Then I was disappointed by only 2 modes on there, (besides tennis school, which i thought was not good because you can barely see what you are doing) 1. Exhibition 2. Career 3.Xbox live (with XSN sports on the side which makes about a pretty darn good game). 4. Multiplayer. Very Very disappointing. In the career mode what you do is you make a player. Pick a home town, the creating mode is pretty good but kinda confusing, you have to really understand what your doing. You pick clothes (doesnt give you many options). Then you start your training, you start out with such and such money and you train to earn stars by your masteries (forehand, backhand, volleying, and serving). You travel to each continent training and playing tournaments and the thing i like about the tournaments is you have to improve it, there isnt a easy setting or a hard setting its just train, play, get better kind, i like that. Anyways The think i think was cool is you can get major industries to sponser you like adias, k-swiss, and some industries you might have never heard of) and they take you to sponser them, by doing commercials, playing their tounements etc. Its just awesome. And the whole point of this career mode is to make your player the best player in the world. Its really cool. Check it out. Its hours and hours of entertainment. In the exhibition you get like 20 players on each gender. And you play whoever you want. You can fullfill every man's dream by playing ana conacorpriha (or however you spell it). And you can take this to the next level with X-box live playing with other people using a broadband connection to the internet. Take it Really to the next level by playing XSN sports which is you can enter online tournaments check your stats, check other peoples stats, just another way you can brag that you won 311 games and your friend won 310 games just for the record. Oh, yes I almost forgot, GRAPHICS ARE AWESOME!!! It is the most realistic tennis game and maybe the most realistic game ever. It looks so real. Ok here are figg's stats: 8/10 but still the best Tennis game ever to hit this video game century. The reason I give it 8/10 is because you cant pick a pro and take him/her to a career! C'mon Microsoft! You did everything right except no career mode for the already pros? That stinks. Also not enough stuff to do. I mean when you have basketball games or football games, you get to do SO MUCH STUFF!! ESPN Football, you have the cribs option, you have franchises, you have 1st person football. Almost same thing with basketball, except different stuff. But here is my main point, Top Spin I declare best Tennis game out there. If your a Tennis fanatic dude that likes playing video games once in a while. The ULTIMATE tennis game that has hit the stores is out now. I cant wait to see what Microsoft comes out next year. Overall, great job X-box. You did it again.
