Pros: Multiplayer, lots of weapons, lots of levels.
Cons: A MAJOR FLAW IN THE MISSIONS- READ AND FIND OUT
The bottom line: This game is a GREAT, GREAT multiplayer game but at times during the missions the gameplay and difficulty can be farily inconsistint.

James Bond 007: Nightfire is overall a great game. It has a very large selection of weapons and one of the best multiplayer I have ever played. You can make many computer bots and make them all have different personalities, which really do influence how they act in combat. The multiplayer levels are all fun and there are many games you can play in them such as capture the flag.
The problem with the 007 Missions is that they are inconsistent. No matter what difficulty you put it on it seems that the levels all have a mind of their own. If you put the game on easy difficulty it makes the puzzles and things to find easier but the guards are just as hard as on normal skill level so it is hard to do the goals. If you put the game on hard the missions become extremely tough because 1.) The challenges are really, really hard and 2.) there are an insane amount of bad guys trying to kill you.
