Pros: Excellent physics, lots of mechs, mostly fun gameplay
Cons: wonky controls, too many bosses
The Bottom Line: Lost Planet has a very strong single player aspect with a few minor issues that shouldnt hamper fans of the genre from picking it up.

Pros: Intense, fun combat, interesting survival mechanic, vehicles, weapons, awesome enemies.
Cons: Controls are a bit quirky.
The Bottom Line: I've said it before and I'll say it again: if you want great combat that'll keep you playing into the wee hours, this is the game for you.

Pros: Great arsenal, fun boss battles, mechs!
Cons: Poor character models, stiff controls, no soundtrack
The Bottom Line: With great boss battles, fun mechs to use, and excellent firefights, this game is just pure fun!

The Bottom Line: This is a fun game that can be a bit frustrating. To short for a purchase, though.

Pros: Great visuals, multiplayer is ok, Vital Suits are fun to drive
Cons: Ridiculous storyline, Ends to quickly, Weird health system
The Bottom Line: Besides it's pretty graphics and effects, Lost Planet doesn't really offer much in the way of exciting gameplay.

Pros: Impressive physics, explosions and snow effects, large opponents present a unique challenge each time
Cons: Controls resulted in gameplay complications, sounds are disappointing, story made little sense, slowdown clearly noticeable
The Bottom Line: Lost Planet has quality moments, ranging from battles with humongous aliens to beautiful scenery and animations. Unfortunately, sloppy controls and boring multiplayer keeps this game to mediocrity.
