Pros: Detailed And Engrossing Story, Awesome Gameplay
Cons: Lack Of Music, Outdated Graphics For A PS2 Game
The Bottom Line: Buy this game if you want a story to keep you interested in the game with great gameplay.

Pros: Quite possibly the greatest game ever created. Good multiplayer. Decay.
Cons: Some may prefer the PC original. Some dodgy voice-overs. Some may dislike the multiplayer.
The Bottom Line: Overall Half-life is an experience you will never forgot. Good graphics, decent sound and superior gameplay make Half-life a game you wont put down for months.

Pros: Excellent graphics, fine story. Amazing scope. Terrific assemblage of weapons.
Cons: Could have used more music, more character templates. But that's being finicky.
The Bottom Line: Its been called the best First Person Shooter ever, why not buy?

Pros: Excellent port of 'The Best PC game ever.' (PC Gamer).
Fast-Paced Action.
Great graphics.
Co-op.
Cons: None.
The Bottom Line: With the inclusion of 'Decay', Half-Life for PS2 is as good, if not better, then the PC original.

Pros: Very smart computer Artificial Intelligence.
Cons: The graphics, sound, and even control could be a lot better.
The Bottom Line: The PlayStation 2 version of Half-Life is the official port from the PC. Although there's a new feature Decay, you don't get many improvements in graphics, gameplay, and sound.

Pros: Good story and story development.
Cons: Mediocre graphic, levels and weapons.
The Bottom Line: If you want a good action/shooter game, rent GTA: Vice City. Half Life is just another run of the mill alien shooter. Don't waste your money, get Doom for $2.
