Pros: Hard. There are far too many easy RPG's, especially in the U.S.
Cons: When you die, you lose everything you have, which forces you to reset.
The Bottom Line: If you like challenging RPG's, rent or borrow it as soon as possible. If you prefer to stick with easy games, you can always go back to SNES Final Fantasies.

Pros: Set in the Dragon Warrior universe, very open and random gameplay, long and hard.
Cons: open and random gameplay may turn off some. Graphics are behind by a couple years.
The Bottom Line: Dragon Warrior fans shouldn't miss out on this re-release, nor should strategy or tactical gamers. A real challenge, though many will be turned off by non-traditional gameplay.
