Pros: A Good Challenge;Mini-Games;Voice Acting;Great Graphics
Cons: Some Mini-Games Are Very Difficult; This Applies for the Entire Super Bonus World
The bottom line: This is the best Spyro game of them all! It's a shame Insomniac games will no longer produce them.

Spyro yet again amazes us with solid graphics, fun gameplay, and good voice acting in Spyro:Year of the Dragon!
This game also probably has the most interesting story.Every 12 years, all of the dragons celebrate the "Year of the Dragon" festival. This is when new dragon eggs are brought in to the Dragon Worlds.
An evil Sorceress casts a spell to steal the dragon eggs and spirit them away to the Forgotten Worlds,a place in which no dragons have entered for a thousand years.
...You get the drill.Spyro and Sparx set off on their greatest adventure yet!
There are 150 dragon eggs to collect, and believe me,getting these eggs is not easy. You will have to do a myriad of things, from piloting a ship in molten lava to doing skateboard tricks to defeat rivals. Some of these mini-games are rather tough, but now you have new creatures to help out...
In this game you have four new characters, each with their own strengths/weaknesses,attacks,and personality. There's Sheila the kangaroo,Sgt. Byrd the flying penguin,Bently the yeti, and Agent 9 the space monkey. These animals have their own sub-levels in which you usually have a task to complete.Sheila's levels involve jumping to very high places,Sgt. Byrd's levels involve blowing things up with the missile launchers on his back,Agent 9 has first-person shooter levels (For those of you that don't know, this means that you are required to shoot enemies through Agent 9's point of view),and Bently uses his handy club to crush things.
(On another note:In the mini-game where Bently boxes the yeti,if you plug in another Playstation controller it'll turn into a two-player boxing game!)
Also in this game Sparx finally becomes a playable character! As you progress through the game a total of four levels open up where you can play as Sparx. His levels involve avoiding enemies and side-scrolling shooting(From a bird's-eye perspective).
Spyro:Year of the dragon is a great game for kids and adults alike!I recommend you buy it!
