Pros: More challenging then the other Spyros, more fun then the other ones also
Cons: Addicting, some of the things are a bit harder to do
The bottom line: I think this is the best one of them all with all the different levels, worlds, and extra levels. So much more to do.
I hadn't heard anything about what was in this game before I played it so I was anxious to see what new things were in the 3rd Spyro. I was not disappointed either. I think this is the best Spyro of the 3 and wonder how they can top it if they are to make another one.
About the game..Unlike the other 2 before this one, you get to be a few different characters other then Spyro the dragon. You end up being a bird, kangaroo, etc.. I like that they have added that in to the game and that it wasn't hard to figure out how to move the characters and use whatever each one has for attacking.
Spyro has a little dragonfly that follows him around and helps collect the gems and tells you how much of your life is left. If an enemy hits you then the dragonfly turns a different color and after 3 hits the dragonfly goes away. There are plenty of different ways to bring you back to full strength. Such as flaming or hitting sheeps, frogs, etc.. that turn into butterflys and will bring the dragonfly back and he will eat them. After you eat so many you get an extra life.
In this one you need to collect eggs in all the worlds and levels. Once you collect so many you can open new levels in each world.
I liked all the new levels and worlds. I won't go into them all since it is more fun to actually play them.
There are new bad guys to beat and some familiar characters also.
There are times that you may end up with some probelms getting by those extra levels with Hunter but you should be able to at some point. I know the skateboarding is probably the hardest. I had a slight problem with it when it was the copying his moves and I would do what he did but it wasn't accepting it. Other then that I had no other problems so far.
If you liked the first 2 Spyros I think you will love this one even more then the other 2. I know I do.
