Pros: Great graphics which showcase the horror. Perfect setting.
Cons: Zombies sounds repetetive.
The Bottom Line: If you have a Playstation, you need this game! A true testament as to why we play videogames! Overall, one of the greatest games ever made.

Pros: Challenging gameplay, actually scary, mostly sensible puzzles, still really fun
Cons: Very dated circa 2001 - poor graphics, suicide-inducing voice acting

Pros: The game that started it all, music/sound effects, new advanced mode
Cons: Pretty much the same as the original, control, bad voice acting
The Bottom Line: Resident Evil is a Playstation classic. The Director's Cut is a cheap rip off.
