Pros: Rictus-grin fun, arcade-like gameplay, good ambient sound, excellent soundtrack by Crystal Method.
Cons: Lack of depth? Makes you dizzy? Difficult to say, just buy it cheap.
The Bottom Line: Very fun, replayable, great soundtrack, great feel.
