Pros: Fun, unique, bright colors, and a soundtrack of mostly SKA. Nice sound effects, interesting premise. I love using the rabbit.
Cons: Some levels are overly difficult, sadistic, and/or very stressful. Some creatures such as the Racing Mouse and Fox are difficult to control.

Space Station: Silicon Valley is definitely one of the better games for the N64. This is an extremely unique and varied RPG with plenty of challenges, high replay value, and great sound effects.
The plot goes something like this: the Space Station Silicon Valley was built as a habitat for robotic animals, where scientists could study them in various artificially controlled environments. Suddenly and inexplicably, the animals and station went out of control and were lost in space. 1,000 years have passed. It is now the year 3,000, and Silicon Valley has returned... on a collision course for Earth. You, a bumbling, rather geeky hero and your robot sidekick, are hired by the Earth Government to get the Station back under control, and try to find the rescue crew who was hired before you to take on this job and mysteriously disappeared.
This game has the funniest intro I've ever seen, and at times is a little more fun than it should be. You can control dozens of different animals with your robot pal's special roving computer chip; each of which have their own unique abilities and strengths. RPG and simulation fans are sure to enjoy this one.
However, all good games have their bad points. There are several strange glitches such as walking in air, being unable to retrieve those special golden awards you've won, and being pushed into places it's impossible to get out of; that can be either helpful or extremely harmful. Some of the puzzles are pretty much impossible to figure out, and several of the areas are incredibly frustrating. It can also highly sadistic at times (which could be a good or a bad thing depending if you enjoy shooters). You have to be very careful about what you do, because there are surprises-- and traps-- around every corner. One wrong move could cause you to have to start the entire level over again.
Overall, this is a pretty darn good game. It's extremely funny, innovative, and the levels are varied enough that you can complete them over and over again without getting bored. I highly recommend you try this one out.
