Pros: Good weapon selection, great multiplayer maps, computer controlled bots.
Cons: Graphics get a little choppy in places, stealth level blows.
The bottom line: This is one of the best James Bond out there today, and if you enjoyed any of the movies or like creative first person shooters, then this is your game.

Bond, James Bond is back in his one of his best games to date. Not even any of the current generation Bond games can touch this gem. If you enjoyed Goldeneye 64, you are a Bond enthusiast, or you just like first person shooters, then this game is for you.
The game follows the movie faithfully for the most part. Infact, I think this game is actually better than the movie. The control scheme is exactly the same as Goldeneye with the exception of the new secondary functions on weapons. Speaking of weapons, there are practically every type of gun you could ask for in this game, from Bullpups to Laser sight-attached Magnums, there are over 20 fire arms for you to destroy henchmen with. Also included for the first time are multiple Q gadgets. Utilizing your laser watch, tranquilizer darts, and grappling hook is essential for being the Britain's best agent.
The single player offers more variety than Goldeneye does, but I prefer the latters just a bit more because of the really fun cheats that can be unlocked. There are no such cheats in The World Is Not Enough, but rather unlockable multiplayer characters and maps.
Multiplayer is where this game truly shines. Being one of the very first console games to ever offer computer controlled bots is a big feat, let along to offer GOOD bots. The AI opponents are certainly not geniuses, but come on, this is the N64 we're talking about. They will hunt you down and will retreat when need be. Playable characters range from the martini-sipping superspy himself to classics like Jaws and Oddjob. For completing levels under a certain time, you will unlock various multiplayer levels to compete with friends on. I can't ever discribe how awesome it is to fight on two planes refueling in midair for the first time, or having snipe-offs between to ski lodges.
If you even think you like FPS's or James Bond, then you should definitely check this game out. And by check it out I mean buy it. Right now.
Final Score: 8.9/10
