I bought this game from blockbuster as a used game. I spent about 15 bucks. 15 DOLLARS!! I spend 4 times that for games much worse then this. ISS 64 is one of the best soccer games that is out on the 64 console. Now, obiviously, ISS 98 is better. Its newer. Period. But unless you can get it for close to the same price, just buy ISS 64. Its got international play, world league play, regular exibition games, Penalty Kicks and Practice mode. Now, when I am not playing world league, which is a 70 game season with all the teams in the world followed by a playoff type mode, I am playing the best option: Scenerios. You have 16 different games to play and win. No ties are allowed which make is angering some time. In one, your are down 2-5 and have to come back and win agianst Brazil with the US. In another you are tied with 1 minute left agianst England and you are Wales. This is probably the best option in ISS 64 because you can try the different levels of skills on different levels. I assure you that you will not be able to win very many of the games the first time you play. It takes lots of time to get good at this game, and even when you think your done, there is a whole lot more you can play. The graphics are great and the game is easy to handle. The one flaw in this game is the fact that no matter what teams you play, the difficulty of the game or how good a player you have control of, there is always one spot that you can shoot from and score every time. This 'weak spot' is the flaw of the game.
