Banjo-Kazooie is a very rich game. The first thing you would notice about the game is the colors are wonderful. It is like constant eye candy. But the game also assaults your ear too. The sound is crisp, and different. Also, the music will change depending on your environment. For example, if you are swimming and dive deep, the deeper you go the more deep and bass like the sound gets. This is very cool to hear.

Aside from the gorgeous graphics and sound, the play control is also excellent. You have a lot of freedom, and a ton of moves to learn and perform. Also, the many moves you learn can be used for multiple purposes, it isn't like you always use one move to accomplish a similar goal each time.

The story is quite simple but also very funny. The evil witch Grunthilda says some pretty witty remarks, some of them are quite gross. Also the idle banter that takes place between Kazooie and a mole that teaches you moves is quite amusing.

Although the game may seem like it is directed and children, adults and teens can find if very enjoyable. Once again, Rare has put out a great title.
