Cons: You are not allowed to buy stones to evolve your Pokemon.

Pros: Fantastic graphics for the Game Boy. Extremely detailed and well-designed game with lots of puzzles to solve, items to find, people to talk to, and Pokemon to capture. Appeals to people of all ages. Has something for everyone.
Cons: You will have absolutely no free time, and will have to play it every day for at least a week to get all of the special items. You will go through dozens of batteries. And you really need someone with Pokemon Gold and link cables, if not more than one pe

Pros: new pokemon, clock, pokegear, pokemon breeding and much much more
Cons: they kept the battle music the same, and the color looks anything but great on a super game boy

Cons: You still need three different games for the whole experience (ex. Red/Blue/Yellow, Gold/Silver/Platinum)
The Bottom Line: The new features and the new Pokemon alone make it worthwhile.
