Pros: Great Replay Value with multiple minigames, exceles in most areas
Cons: Lack of multiplayer. Could really use it in mini games.

This Title is one great Adventure. My friends were awed when they saw Knuckles blaze across the screen! Then they saw Sonic and there awe turned into jealousy. This Dreamcast Premair Title rules! The Best part of this game is it's variety. Read the whole reveiw to understand what I mean.

Satisfaction- Fans of adventure games will love this title. But, it has something for everyone.
RPG- during the game you will encounter friends and foes. You will collect objects that will enhance the character's moves. You most converse with people to progress in the game.
SIMULATION- you will discover new creatures called CHAO. With clues from the game you can increase their statistic and transform them. You can also name them. Oh wait! You can race them, and battle them. For this part of the game you must get a VMU! You can download them to the VMU and carry them around with you! This feature is a similar to POKEMON.
RACING- Once you unlock Tails you will see where the racing aspect comes in. Also, there are some mini games that will involve racing.
FIGHTING- The game is full of bosses. It becomes an all out dual. Each character has their own unigue kind of moves.
FISHING-Big the Cat will help Sonic by fishing. If you expect to beat the game completely you have to become a master fisherman.
FLIGHT- Tails, Knuckles and a new robot can fly/glide/hover. and may may see a fimiliar veichel from SONIC 2!
To keep it short you must play this game! At least rent it! Even when you beat the game you can attemp to master it by collecting hidden Sonic madalions!
Fans of the first sonic will Love the game. The game actually has a real story too!

Control- Like Mario 64 It has great control, but the camera angles can sometimes screw things up. Each character has different types of controls. No matter who you pick you will be able to enjoy this game for very good control.

Graphics- The cut seens with are great. There are minimum problems with clipping and camera angles but, not enough to ruin say the graphics arn't great!

Sound- Classic Sonic music! Every Character has their own theme! The voices are crisp and clear! Perfect Sound! I love Tail's song. Knuckles has some good rap! Sonic has awesome metal type music. I was so impressed with how great the sound is!

Comparison to Mario 64- Both games are quite different. I would recommend both equally for different reasons. it compares to Mario 64 perfectly! It outshines Mario in sound and graphics. As for gameplay, you have to go weith which one you think is better.

Multiplayer- If you play as Sonic player two can play as Tails. Otherwise it's only a one player games. Some of the mini games would have been awesome with multiplayer. You can somehow mate your chao with someone else who has the game. And you can battle. You need a VMU though. Multiplayer in this game is Very Poor

Satisfaction- 4.5 GREAT!!
Control- 4.0 Very Good!
Graphics- 4.5 GREAT!
Sound- 5.0 PERFECT!!!
Compared with Mario 64- 5.0 PERFECT!!!
