I Got this game as a Christmas gift. It isn't your regular boxing game there are less rules in this game than the more serious boxing games, this being the not so serious game. overall it is a good game, there are many different types of characters. There are two different modes you can choose from Arcade and Championship. Arcade mode is where you choose a character and fight through the rest of the characters, kinda fun but not much of a challenge. Then there is championship mode which is where you name a gym and then choose from three characters. the point to this part of the game is to improve your fighters from bronze class to gold class. each time a boxer moves up to the next class a new one is unlocked, increasing the selection to choose from and train. You can also prize fight to raise money for your gym. Either winning the purse or betting on yourself. You can choose from various training exercises to increase the stats of your boxer then title fight which allows you to fight for higher ranks to move up in class. The objective is to unlock all the boxers and get them all ranked in the gold class. It is best for you to have a vmu when playing in championship mode unless you want to leave your dreamcast on 24/7. i enjoy this game and it isn't boring yet. It is a fun game to play and recommend this game to all dreamcast owners
