Well lets see the only improvement in this game between this and the Nintendo 64’s version is the graphics other than that everything is the same. This is one of the coolest football games because there are no rules, no refs, and no mercy. This game is a beat'em up and leave'em game. With the one hit lines like “I think its broken” or “You can not master my power” this game has plenty of these to keep you laughing all the way through the game. This game has no new modes or anything everything is the same besides the graphics and the sounds. The game is very detailed in the graphics. The game doesn’t have as smooth graphics as NFL 2K but this is the funnest football games you’ll ever play without a doubt.

GAMEPLAY **9**

The game is very easy to control although sometimes while playing the game the controlling of your player seems awkward. This isn’t that big of a problem but it I feel it’s worth a point. The game has very smooth gameplay. The controls are quick and responsive and work very good with the game. All of the controls are put onto the controller very good although sometimes they may seem in an awkward place. Most of the controls are very simple one button spikes another one throws. Although if you want to throw to a different person than the one selected you have to move around till there highlighted.

SOUND / MUSIC **9**

In this game there isn’t much for music but what there is it’s all good. There are plenty of sounds in this game to keep you entertained for quite some time. You can hear almost everything. The sounds of the crowd without the yelling and the hike of the ball. And this game is filled with all kinds of one line hits. Ranging from “What are you waiting for” to well you get my point. All of the games sound and music sound very good and were chosen wisely.

GRAPHICS **9**

I feel the graphics are very good but not as other games on the Dreamcast. The graphics look good but when you compare it to NFL 2K or Sonic Adventure they just don’t look up to date. The game is very smooth flowing and looks fairly decent to the eye. The stadiums are all very detailed with people and signs and other stuff like that. The games grass even looks real. You can tell if you’re playing on Turf or Real grass. Most everything in this game is very detailed and looks good.

REPLAYABILITY **7**

The game should keep you busy with friends but along it may not last that long. It has all the original modes with no new ones. The game could use some new modes. The replayability isn’t great due to the fact that the game isn’t very fun by yourself. This game should be kept a weekend rental unless you want one of the greatest no holds football games available.

CHALLENGE **9**

This game is very hard even on the easy option. The computer can get very tricky on a lot of its plays. The game is full of ways to get interceptions ranging from it being reflected or it being thrown in the wrong direction and it doesn’t take much for this to happen. In this game if you want your opponent to fumble just hit them as hard as you can that ought to knock the ball right out of his hands.

This game is very fun and if you’re looking for a great party type of football game this is for you. But if you’re not for sure on this game keep it a weekend rental. Read the review to decide.
