Pros: Fast printing, good print quality.
Cons: Fax problems, customer service.
The Bottom Line: Good, fast printing, scanning, and copying, but beware of fax setup options if using in a home office with an answering machine.

Pros: Easy Setup, Will not get pushed off the table (VERY HEAVY). Easy to refill toner.
Cons: OPCBelt Life/Price, Toner prices, Fuser Life/Price, Scan to PDF creates HUGE files, use Acrobat directly
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this printer to the medium sized office that does not mind ignoring manufacture recommendations. Do not replace parts when asked, only when forced and refill your toner.

Pros: Competitively priced for an all-in-one color laser printer
Cons: Many costly supplies to replace regularly, only starter toners included with unit
The Bottom Line: Long-term reliability is still a question-mark in my mind. If it holds up well, I think it may be a good, but expensive to operate printer.

Pros: Easy to buy at Costco, good $ for all in one
Cons: Noisy, Expensive Toner, No Value, HUGE and UGLY, toner pollution is high.

Pros: Brilliant color with fastest speed compare to peer in the same price range!
Cons: cannot handle envelope printing! Changing paper size is horrible experience with inferior designed paper holder!
