Pros: great online;
Polished graphics;
Some great games;
Has a brilliant marketplace;
great hardware accessories
Cons: Considerably unreliable;
Game diversity could be improved
The Bottom Line: If you like serious gaming and being constantly in touch with your friends then the xbox 360 is for you.(Assuming you don't mind sending it away if it breaks)

Pros: online abilities, Media center, Free and Pay content, Price, Did I mention AWESOME online abilities?
Cons: No built in wireless, Bulky Powersupply, Some HD content not really HD
The Bottom Line: The XBOX 360 is a great value as an online gaming system as well as a media center.

Pros: Great graphics, great selection of games.
Cons: A little nervous about the reliability, which I've read they have fixed.
The Bottom Line: If you are buying a game console, or even considering a gaming computer, this is hard to beat.

Pros: Great quality, high performance, many features beyond other gaming consoles.
Cons: expensive. expensive to purchase and also purchase games to play the console itself.
The Bottom Line: The consumer must know how actively they will use it before making this purchase.

Pros: Truly next-gen technology, robust online service, awesome exclusives, deeper gaming experience
Cons: Price is still hefty
The Bottom Line: If you are debating on which system to buy this winter, look no further; Microsoft's Xbox 360 has it all. Did I mention Gears of War yet?

Pros: Amazing graphics and sound. Well developed online "marketplace." Communal gameplay!
Cons: Price, price, price. Periodic glitches indicative of its Microsoft OS roots.
The Bottom Line: If you have the change to spare, and love your gaming (solo or online), this is the console for you!
