Pros: Ergonomic design, accuracy, intuitive arrangement of controls, price
Cons: Semi-frequent cleaning
The bottom line: This trackball is the best thing for anyone who has Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or who has limited desktop space. The only improvement would be to upgrade to the wireless model.

I purchased my Trackman when I finally got tired of having to move the other items I keep on my desk to give me room to move my mouse.
I am amazed at how accurate this device is when it comes to anything I do on a regular basis. I am a gaming enthusiast as well as a power user who does a fair amount of things at once and wants to get them done quickly. The Trackman does them all with amazing speed and accuracy.
The ergonomic shape fits very comfortably and intuitively in the right hand with both buttons and the scroll wheel in perfect reach of the index and middle fingers; with a place to rest the ring finger for stability. The "marble" sits under the thumb with perfect range of motion, making it possible to easily move the cursor from one side of the screen to the other with little effort.
The only negative comment I have is that the bearings in the trackball socket need a slight amount of cleaning on a somewhat regular basis to maintain fluid movement of the trackball. Nothing hard to do; it's simply a matter of popping the ball out of its socket and running my finger over each of the three bearings to remove the residue. Reassembly is as easy as pressing the ball gently back into it socket. Piece of cake.
